The First Five!

The initial years of a person's life are critical. During the first five years, 90% of the brain is developed, which sets the course for how we perceive and interact with the world. Adverse childhood experiences occurring during this period affect future behavior and health.

The First Five! provides parents of children from birth to the age of 5 years with appropriate activities and games they can use to teach their children socialization and self-discipline skills.

Parents come to appreciate the benefits of helping their children establish healthy interpersonal skills at a very young age as well as a varierty of techniques to promote children's future health and wellness.
